How much sleep do I need to appreciate rising up in the morning?Goal
The goal is to become more aware of my need for sleep and scientifically be able to say that I need x-hours of sleep, generally, to appreciate getting up. So I can go to bed on time and know the consequences of staying up longer.
Measurements
The length of sleep is matched by how easy it feels to rise.
The length of sleep is measured in time from when I start trying to sleep (laying down) until I must or go up.
How easy it feels to emerge is measured on a smiley-scale of 1-3.

Completely satisfied with the amount of sleep, being in bed or up does not matter, or that I actually want to go up and do something else than sleep.
